I couldn't find the eBook i'm looking for , How can i get it ?

Please even if the eBook you want is not listed on our Website , we accept requests from our customers , just contact us via live Chat or you can use the "Request an eBook" Tab on the menu and fill the necessary information , and our Team will reach you out ASAP .

Are my payment details safe as well as my personal data ?

We never share or misuse your data. We also don’t store any payment information (Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal).

I am having problems downloading the ebook. What to do?

Please email or message us. If you can, describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes 🙂 We have a nice refund policy. If it’s a genius mistake or problem (emphasis on genuine please), we will refund you!

Is the eBook permanent or rental? Can I print it?

It’s permanent. You bought it and You OWN it. Forever. You can print it without any restrictions, download to as many computers as you own, or tablets or phones. Please just don’t share them as that won’t be right 🙂
